Why is the pigment not fixed on the skin?

There are two explanations of this situation. The first one is the pigment is situated on the very surface and goes down with the epidermis. Masters often say that this is the peculiarities of the client's skin. There is no such skin that can't fix the pigment. 

The second explanation is the pigment was injected too deep or the given injections damaged skin greatly, and that leads to the inflammation after the procedure. The same reaction may be caused by infection that got into a sore, and this may happen both in the master's work place by breaching the hygiene, or at client’s home by doing wrong postprocedural care. Your clients are also responsible for the results of the procedure. They should also pay more attention to it. The master and client work together, always. During the inflammation a blurry localization of the pigment or a big scab, that passes away with major part of the pigment, is possible. 

When scab goes off fast and smoothly it shows the quality of your work. Many clients say they don't even have scab. This is not true, of course. The client gets scabs anyway, as this is the natural skin regenerative process. However, if clients doesn't take care of the permanent makeup, a slight exfoliation may lead the recovery process. The scab on the brows may last about 5-7 days because brows hair as well as eyelashes hair don't allow it to go off quickly, whereas the scab on the lips goes off in 3-5 days.

Let me tell you about the treatment I usually advise.

During 24 hours after the procedure wash the area of the permanent makeup using alcohol disinfectant solution such as Chlorhexidine or Miramistin in order to remove the excess of the lymph, which forms this scab. Then apply a tiny layer of smooth wood-healing cream with Panthenol. I also recommend to protect the area of the permanent makeup with the sun protecting cream with SPF in sunny days. To prevent Herpes Simplex Virus I recommend you to use Valtrex during 5 days after the procedure or 1 pill twice a day. 

Apply a thin layer of Hydrocartisone cream 0,5% 2-3 time a day on your eyelids. 

You are forbidden to go to steam baths, saunas, swimming pools, sun booths, do any facial cosmetic procedures during the first week or remove the scabs. The results of the procedure may be assessed only in a week and make correction if it is needed.

Бывает ли температура или какие-либо другие недомогания после перманентного макияжа.

Перманентный макияж это пусть минимальная, но все таки процедура воздействующая на весь организм, которая запускает процесс воспаления, один из  5 основных признаков воспаления - повышение температуры местной локализации, если мы делаем губы, то повышение температуры в области губ или бровей или век, это норма, но не повышение температуры всего тела, конечно если не присоединяются серьезные воспалительные процессы при попадании инфекции. Перманентный макияж, если он выполнен правильно, в относительно стерильных условиях, имеет очень щадящее действие и абсолютно безопасен.

Почему пигмент не фиксируется  в коже?

Обычно есть два объяснения этой ситуации. Первый,  пигмент располагается очень поверхностно и уходит вместе с эпидермисом. Часто мастера говорят, что такая особенность у кожи клиента. Но не бывает такой кожи, которая не зафиксирует пигмент. 

Второй вариант, когда пигмент был введён очень глубоко или с большим повреждением кожи и после процедуры развивается сильное воспаление. Такая же реакция может быть при попадании инфекции в рану, и это может случиться как в кабинете мастера при не соблюдении гигиены, так и при неправильном постпроцедурном домашнем уходе. Наши клиенты так же ответственны за результат процедуры, они точно так же должны уделять этому большое внимание. Мы всегда работаем с клиентом в паре. При развитии воспаления возможна не четкая локализация пигмента или достаточно большая корочка, вместе с которой может уйти и часть пигмента. 

 Когда корочка отходит быстро и безболезненно это говорит о качестве вашей работы.  Очень многие клиенты говорят, что у них не было корочки. Но это конечно же абсолютно не так. Корочка будет в любом случае, потому что это естественный процесс восстановления кожи, но если  клиент правильно ухаживал за своим перманентным макияжем, процесс проходит легким шелушением. На бровях корочка держится чуть дольше 5-7 дней, за счёт  естественных волосков, которые эту корочку фиксируют и не дают ей быстро сойти так же, как и на ресничках, а например на губах корочка сходит быстрее 3-5 дней.

Давайте я вам как раз расскажу об уходе, который рекомендую я.

Первые 24 часа после процедуры промывайте область перманентного макияжа губ и бровей при помощи не спиртового дез раствора, например мероместин или хлоргикседил,чтобы убрать излишки лимфы, которые как раз эту корочку образуют. Затем наносите тонкий слой мягкого ранозаживляющего крема с пантенолом. В солнечные дни рекомендуется защищать область перманентного макияжа кремом с солнцезащитным фактором. Для профилактики герпеса рекомендуется приём препарата Валтрекс в течении 5 дней после процедуры по 1 таблетке 2 раза в день. 

Область век в течении первых трёх дней обрабатываем гидрокартизоновой мазью 0,5% 2-3 раза в день, нанося тонким слоем. 

Запрещается посещение бани, сауны, бассейна, солярия, косметических процедур в течении первой недели и самостоятельное удаление корочек. Окончательный результат процедуры можно оценить только через месяц и при необходимости выполнить коррекцию.

Какие анестетики я применяю на губах.

Учитывая, что я имею медицинское образование, в Москве я работаю с стоматологической анастезией, это препарат убестезин форте с адреналином, если я работаю в Европе, где я не имею право, даже при моем медицинском образовании, делать инъекции я работаю с препаратами Мезонамб, который вы все хорошо знаете, и в процессе процедуры добавляю дополнительный анастетик, в основном это либо гель Blu ice или Sustain, которые так же широко известны. Я категорически против любых "миксов" сделанных самостоятельно, потому что вы не врачи, не фармацевты. Вы не имеете права купить лидокаин и адреналин, смешать их с фенистилом гелем и нанести человеку на рану. Поэтому я всегда за препараты, которые сертифицированы. И имеют клинические испытания. Будьте ответственны перед своими клиентами. 

 Я уже касалась этой темы: мы с вами специалисты очень широкого профиля, и должны быть профессионалами не только в технике но и знать всю теоретическую сторону процедуры.

Как проконтролировать глубину погружения иглы? 

Это легко. Но очень не многие знают.

Вы работаете самым кончиком, не погружаете иглу полностью. У вас есть вторая рука - медиатр, которая чувствует вибрацию кожи и сопротивление дермы. И именно вторая рука, является тем, что помогает проконтролировать глубину погружения. Эта вибрация должна быть абсолютно равномерной. Это как раз и называется чувством кожи.

Какой метод удаления некачественного перманентного макияжа я предпочитаю?

Я приветствую только один метод. Это удаление ниодимовым YAG-лазером, с Q-Switch режимом, он удаляет пигмент из кожи без её повреждения. Лазер реагирует  только на пигмент, он не видит кожу. А Q-Switch режим дает настолько быструю вспышку, что не позволяет разрушать соседние клетки, это очень важно. Поэтому этот метод является наиболее щадящим для удаления некачественного перманентного макияжа, в отличии от ремувера, (я говорю сейчас только свое собственное персональное мнение и вполне возможно что кто-то с ним не согласиться). Я не очень люблю ремувер, потому что он разрушает не только клетки, капсулы, где находится пигменты, в том числе клетки здоровой кожи, соответственно риск рубцевания значительно выше, риск повреждения кожи тоже значительно выше, я такие методы не люблю. Я предпочитаю щадящие методы, которые не приносят проблем нашим клиентам. Поэтому первенство за лазером.  Я вчера встречалась с Юлей Чеботаревой, которая мне рассказала о новом чудесном лазере, (который стоит приблизительно, как весь наш Pigment Club), он так же удаляет некачественный перманентный макияж, но я пока не владею полной информацией, поэтому не могу поделиться ей. Я думаю, что мы пригласим Юлю ко мне на эфир и она нам расскажет несколько больше про данный прибор.

When any client comes to me for a procedure, I carefully study the individuals entire appearance including skin tone and hair colour but also their present choice of make up colours as this is what they are currently comfortable with. I then listen carefully to what the client wants to see in the final result, asking very direct questions about their requirements and from this building a picture in my head of the clients finished treatment to ensure a fantastic result is achieved with correctly chosen pigments.

What needle speed do you choose for working on lips?

The optimum speed of the Stilus machine is 10-10.5 thousands of hits per minute, that corresponds to 7.5-7.8 V. I work at the high speed, 8.0-8.3 V, which corresponds to the tempo of my hand. Such programs correlating to my tempo of work are available in the new machine by Biotek Luxury.

Can I apply permanent makeup over an old one?

Yes, you can. Moreover, specialists in many other countries use permanent makeup in order to correct the cases, when laser cannot remove the old pigment. Let me share my experience: I do brows permanent makeup every year because a right and good made permanent makeup longs for about a year. Then it whitens and goes away completely in some time. That is why we do permanent makeup every year.

What is the machine's frequency when doing brow's hair?

I work at the high frequency, approx. 8.2-8.4 V. As I said, I like to work at the high speed, with machines of the powerful capacity.

What needle length is convenient for you to work? 

Here is my approach!

I prefer to work with the big needle length because I like when I can easily see the needle. I choose 2.5 mm or more than 1 mm when I work on lips contour or brows hair. I like the line that I go along on, it is convenient. I got great improvement when there a new cartridge 1HD for Stilus Machine was released. You can adjust the needle length for deeper depth and bring more pigment to the skin. When shading, I adjust it to the lower depth.

What do you think about adapters to Stilus Evo?

Buying an adapter is ridiculous.

There are producers, who make wonderful cartridges, their products are sterilized, mastered. Why do you need all those pliers and plumber needles? It's all gone 20 years ago.

Where the products for microblading are produced? 

Almost everything is produced in China, although, the pigments for microblading by Biotek, are produced in Italy. I guarantee it 100%.
