Firstly, I would like to speak about events that took place on previous week - interesting events digest.
There was a brand new event this week, that was organized by the Larisa Mozarina's Studio School.
Larisa Mozarina set up an interesting format of the meeting, and I would like to thank her because she transformed the development of the conferences and contests from quantity to quality, and this is absolutely right as the number of the events around the globe goes beyond the limits.
We should try to control this process and move the teaching process of the fresh specialists or upgrade qualification to another direction.
The contest by Larisa was aimed at the art vision of the specialists. The point is that the specialists who start working as a permanent makeup artists, focus on technique whereas the technique is the matter of practice, you can't feel skin yet, you emphasize on technical line and filling. That's right.
But... As well as in sport, you're not doing well in the very begging of your career; you take daily exercises, then you advance step by step and you get some qualitative results over some time.
As goes for art vision it is something different.
This is something you can and should do practice. The art vision gives the opportunity to make our clients happy.
What do I mean?
When a person likes what he or she sees in a mirror in the morning and smiles in return when looking at the brows, lips, or eyes and says "thank you for making me that beautiful" innerly or utterly.
This is a true victory, true mastery, art.
A little attention pays to teaching process of new specialists in competitive as well as in congress direction. That's why art vision was Larisa's strong side.
I always stress the importance of it and in this case Larisa created a new contest, that assessed master's skills of sketching, drawing, grouping colors, making the image.
Plus one interesting moment:
the second part of the contest was aimed to that specialists should explain why they choose such a look and they give reasons for that. I cat tell you that among 10 finalists, that should speak in support of their choice, only 2-3 people explained professionally why they do so.
I want to strength it again, that when you are taking part in competition, conferences, listen to reports, please, value the work of your colleagues, because it is not easy to invent new ideas and present them orally, and to teach them is even harder.
Besides the congress and the conference on art vision and style held by Larisa Mozarina, there were 'The Intersharm" Exhibition. There were a few companies presented machines and tools for permanent makeup and microblading this year, although the exhibition was good, there were a lot of people, and we were glad to welcome on our stand specialists from the regions of our big country and from other countries as well, many of them visited our Friday party in Pigment Club.
I would also like to thank the girls that organized Pret-o-Porte of Permanent Makeup, a new format of the event, more artful, different from our common conferences. May the success and rapid growth be always there.
Also, there was a new issue of the "Pigment" magazine with the wonderful Anna Semenovich on the cover last week. Now you can go on the website, make shopping there and subscribe. We deliver it to all countries.
At this moment, this magazine is available in Russian, and it will be in English in a week. In a time the magazine will be translated and issued in Portuguese for Brazil. Yet, we are discussing the opportunity of issuing the magazine in French.

My master-classes in Moscow are very expensive because I focus on clients here. It would be far easier to come to my master-class in Switzerland, where I give my master-classes specially for a couple of days. New technique that will be introduced in Switzerland for the first time on 26-27 November, is called Hollywood Eyebrows. We are going to learn how to create wide, bushy and naturally looking brows. That technique will be presented in Portugal, on 3-4 December.

Next week I'm going to test a new machine by Biotek Luxury Permanent make up. This is a golden Stylus with a special control panel, which differs from other machines by Biotek. It's a very powerful and fast machine (as you know I work a lot and fast, and this machine contains all these parameters needed for my pace of work), we designed it quite long and you will definitely like it.
Also, Biotek release a new range of pigments (I've already got samples), that will be presented this week.
